2.1. As previously indicated, this event is provided without any associated charges. However, there exists a nominal fee of Rs. 89 to cover specific expenditures such as the creation of the offer letter and meticulous oversight of the documentation, verification, and task validation processes. Notably, Dash Technology Private Limited extends the provision of a dedicated team to oversee and manage the various tasks within the internship framework. This fee is intended to cover administrative costs, streamline verification processes, and ensure task validation. These elements are essential for the smooth operation of the internship program.
3.1. Only if you meet the criteria that we have outlined will you be eligible for swag. Additionally, if your code is discovered to have been copied, you are not permitted to apply for any other chances at Dash Technology Private Limited.
4.1. There is no remuneration given to you because this internship programme is free for students to participate in.
5.1. In exchange for using the Site, you agree to: (a) provide true, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by any registration forms on the Site ("Registration Data"); (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, as well as any other information you provide to the Dash Technology Private Limited Internship Portal, to keep it true, current, and complete; (c) maintain the security of your password and identification; and (d) immediately notify SEPL of any unauthorised use of your password or identification. Accept all risks of unauthorised access to the Registration Data and any other information you supply to the Dash Technology Private Limited Internship Portal, as well as full responsibility for all actions taken under your account.
6.1. The laws of India shall apply to any licence agreements, use disputes, and other matters relating to the use of this website, and Indian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over all such matters.
7.1. Dash Technology Private Limited may choose to upload Interns' shared photos and videos to its official social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, for promotional, marketing, or other business-related purposes.
7.2. Interns acknowledge and agree that photos and videos uploaded to the company's social media platforms may remain publicly accessible and visible on these platforms even after they have been uploaded.
7.3. The company will make reasonable efforts to maintain the shared media on its social media platforms as long as it deems appropriate for its business purposes. However, the company is not obligated to remove the shared media from its social media platforms upon request.
